Restaurants/Bars
St Thomas has some really amazing restaurants such as Havana Blue and the Lobster Grille along with some more casual places to hang out like Iggies Beach Bar and Duffy’s Love Shack. Below is a short review of each site, and please check back soon for the full length reviews for each.

Havana Blue
This was our favorite place to eat and ended up being where we had our wedding reception.  Havana Blue is simply amazing and is located along Morningstar Beach.  The restaurant is located on the Marriott’s property, but is independently owned. The food is amazing, the drinks taste great, the view is beautiful during sunset, and is great for a romantic dinner. Once the sun goes down, the blue lights turn on making a great ambiance.
Iggies Beach Bar
Iggies is a great place to hang out, have some drinks, and listen to music. Located at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, it’s a popular hotspot for the younger crowd. Live music is played certain nights, food was pretty good, and you will likely see some Iguana’s around while you eat during the day. We ended up having our Welcome Dinner at Iggies and it was mostly good, but a few minor problems. More about that in our Destination Wedding review.
Lobster Grille
The Lobster Grille is also located at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort next to the lobby. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  We ate here many times for breakfast as they have some amazing Banana Rum pancakes.  For dinner they have some of the best mixed drinks on the island, really awesome food, and a really delicious Banana Chip dessert.
Duffy’s Love Shack
Located in Red Hook, Duffy’s is the place to be at night. Serving good food and amazing drinks, you even get souvenir mugs with your drink. The Funky Monkey was a favorite among the group. Not all drinks are great, but you may find yourself getting one just for the souvenir to make a nice tiki collection.

Conclusion
After our first visit to St Thomas, my then fiancee and I decided to come back and get married there. Fast forward to June 2011, we had a beautiful wedding on the beach.
